For tax year 2012, Adecco Associates will be able to look up and print their own W-2's online!  Hard copies will still be mailed to all associates from the Adecco corporate offices in New York, to the most recent mailing address on file from your local branch.  If you think you might have an outdated address on file with us, please contact your local Adecco office for more information.  Otherwise, you are more than welcome to access your W-2 documentation at the following link:


If you experience any difficulty accessing your online tax documents, please contact the Service Center at 1-866-528-0707 for assistance.

There will also be an updated option to how you receive any future W-2 forms, starting with tax year 2013.  The updated Payroll Choice form features a check-box to activate your future W-2 to be emailed electronically only, deactivating the mailing option.  Please see image below for example:
